"The dojo is a place where the body and mind find harmony"

Kokoro Kai Iwama Ryu dojo is dedicated to transmitting the essential teachings of the founder of Aikido, O'Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, as taught by his longest standing student and world renown teacher, Morihiro Saito Shihan.

We believe training should always be done in an enjoyable manner and ask only that students bring sincerity to their practice. All else will follow with time. The dojo is a lot like a family with a mixture of people of all abilities, we share a common interest and enjoy helping each other learning Aikido.
